Overview
We value your time and ours. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for all massage sessions and gift certificates booked via our website or directly with Jenia Mitrofanova.
Session Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will be charged 50% of the session price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions
If you prepaid for a session and canceled it with at least 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable but are fully transferable. If you received a gift certificate and wish to gift it to someone else, please contact us to update the recipient’s name.
Gift certificates do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.
You will still be charged for the full session.
Exceptions
We understand life happens. In case of emergencies or illness, please contact us — we’ll do our best to find a compassionate solution.
